I really like the travel sets. I travel a lot and always want to take my fav products but wait restrictions doesn’t allow to take full size. In those cases the travel sets are perfect as travel companion

I love LG products, and have always purchased the travel sizes to use when I travel. I love the option of creating my own kit. The oil lasts a while, longer than some of the other products, so often I will choose to create a kit with a combo of shampoos & conditioners. The bag is super cute too! (also a great gift)

2 weeks after placing the order, I haven’t received the shipping notification, so I emailed them to check if my order has shipped yet, and it turned out my order didn’t make it through their fraud filters and was cancelled due to possible fraud, but there was literally ZERO communication about the cancellation. On top of that, they didn’t automatically refund me after the cancellation, so if I didn’t inquire about my order, they would just take the money without providing any products??? It is quite embarrassing customer service
