I have a dry, sensitive scalp and this shampoo helps clear up any scalp issues without causing irritation. I love the pleasant, subtle scent and wish that Leonor Greyl would make a corresponding propolis conditioner.

Outstanding product! I have tried many shampoos, but this one is gentle, cleansing and leaves my hair soft and shiny.

Leonor Greyl’ts Bain Traitant à la Propolis is a good option for managing my dry, irritated and flaky scalp. It has a mild scent, which I like; has lightweight formula that feels gentle on my scalp, but doesn’tt lather as much as other shampoos, and I use a bit more than other shampoos. The great thing, I noticed less flaking after only two washes. I follow up with hair mask and hair oil to help me with my long hair that gets tangled.
Overall, I like it, but it’ts a bit on the pricier side.

I have been having itchy and dry hair, and hair loss that comes with itchy scalp. Tried so many shampoos and actually surprised how Bain Traitant à la Propolis dandruff treatment shampoo helped to calm my scalp with just two washes. I have fine, wavy and long hair and I use a little bit of this very gentle shampoo to massage my scalp for a minute, then rinse and re-apply for another 3 minutes. Then I apply hair mask for 5-10 minutes. My scalp is less itchy, plus I notice less flakiness.

Love this product because it uses most of the natural ingredients. I believe It is healthy and environmentally friendly. I follow the instructions well to wash my hair twice every time. Feeling my scalp getting very clean after. Can’tt wait to see the results in the future.

I don’tt experience dandruff, but my scalp does become irritated somewhat easily which can result in itching and redness. I’tve always had great luck with propolis as an active ingredient so I figured this was worth a try! The scent is light but pleasant and it is low foaming (so if you love a lather this one might not be for you). Shampooing with it was pleasant, overall. I do believe this has soothed my scalp a bit, which is wonderful, it was quite gentle. Unfortunately it may have been a bit too gentle on the actual cleansing side because it did leave my fine hair feeling not especially clean and looking a bit stringy like I haven’tt washed it. But with the scalp benefits I’tm definitely excited to this again in winter when everything is really dry. All in all, it’ts a very nice product.

I apply exactly as described on the instructions- once to clean my scalp throughout and the second time to treat it. I love this shampoo. It helped me to improve my situation with dandruff. The smell is great, using this shampoo is like SPA treatment. LG is my favourite haircare brand as I enjoy natural oil scents. The quality of these products is really impressive.

I have using this products for years. With extremely sensitive skin, I've tried almost every shampoo out there on the market before I found this one. They either didn't remove the dandruff or caused a massive hair loss and left my hair very dry. This is the only shampoo that effectively removes my dandruff without irritating my scalp or causing dryness. I hair remains moisturizing and natural shininess. Despite the high price, I still think it worth every penny I spent. As a life-time user(most likely), I purchased the bigger bottle to save some money.

If you have tried everything out there, and dislike the tar smell and texture, give Leonor Greyl's a try. If you can try before you buy, samples are a decent size for longer shoulder length hair. Other than the odor being less objectionable than some, it did actually work (used along with recommended LG yellow serum and cream treatment) for reducing dandruff flakes. (Dont have typical itchiness or irritation, just had giant flakes)

I love this shampoo - the smell, the consistency, the gentle nature of it. When my young daughter got dandruff, I turned to this shampoo as a clean, natural alternative to the drugstore anti-dandruff shampoos. It has helped clear up her dandruff. We will continue to use this when needed. The only aspect of the shampoo that is negative is the price. It’s very expensive so the small amount you get. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

This shampoo is too harsh for me. It feels like someone tightened my scalp, it is ok for my hair but not for my scalp. I am sure it works for many people, just not me!

I have used many high end shampoos and this one is it! An amazing clean, shine and it really does take off grime/dandruff from your scalp. Gives you that squeaky clean feel but yet doesn't strip/dry out your hair. I thought I would never find a product like this and I'm so thankful to have found it! I only buy in the professional size now; that's how much I love this! I love too its faint, pleasant smell; a honey like smell. This scent is NOT bothersome at all. If it was, I wouldn't be able to use it with my sensitivities.

I use BAIN TRAITANT À LA PROPOLIS for more than seven years and I can not imagine the life without it. I have a mild seborrheic dermatitis and my scalp is flaking in the front and back. I have tried many shampoos before, but the result was not satisfying. BAIN TRAITANT À LA PROPOLIS does the best job to control flakes and itchiness on my scalp.
One summer when I traveled back to my country and a pharmacist recommended me to try something with propolis. After returning to US the only option was Lenor Greyl and, although is expensive, the result is amazing. I am using the shampoo twice a week and when washing I message 3-5 min before rinse. If I switch only one week to another shampoo flakes and itchiness are back.
Thank you Lenor Greyl! I hope you will keep up with the quality and do not ever discontinue such an effective treatment.

I started using this about 3 months ago and I alternate with the Bain au Miel. My scalp really is healthier. I have really fine hair and usually, even hard water could make my scalp flaky but I have not had that problem recently.
I'd say it's a great shampoo alternate combo for very fine hair and healthy regrowth/ scalp issues.

I started using the Bain de Propolis at my stylist's recommendation--she used it on me at a haircut a couple of years ago and said her other clients had great results with it. I decided I'd give it a shot because I'd tried everything else.

This is hands down the absolute best shampoo I have ever used on my stubborn scalp. I have had dandruff since I was a child, and no other scalp treatment has worked like this shampoo has. This shampoo reduces my scalp flaking, irritation, and breakouts. Add this with the Creme aux fleurs and my hair and scalp are the healthiest they have ever been. So glad my stylist started using this on me at my hair appointments! You've got a customer for life in me.

I've been purchasing this shampoo for the last 10 years. I splurge on it here and there since it's quite expensive, but let me tell you it's worth every cent. I've suffered from chronic seborrheic dermatitis my whole life and this is the only shampoo that is able to calm my flakes effectively. It's even more effective than some of the prescription products my dermatologist has prescribed to me in the past. I will forever love the formula of this shampoo!!
