I purchased three products from Leonor Greyl based on 5 stars reviews. I was disappointed with the results and quality. I wrote honest reviews for each product to help other customers make informed decisions, but some of them were never visible to me or to the public. I posted my review for this product and I wrote about a strong cheap fragrance. A couple days later I checked my review and I didnt find it. I asked a customer service where is my review Caroline Brooks responded that reviews moderated through a third party system to ensure they meet posting guidelines. If you check the reviews right now you won't find my one star review made in may 2026, instead you will find 3 star review that gives a positive feed back with a mention about a strong fragrance. Coincidence ? Getting a refund was also not straightforward. Instead of returning my money, I was offered store credit and had to push back.

The product works as advertised but the fragrance is overwhelming and makes me cough when I use it. I would prefer an unscented version

I cannot live without this product. If I could only have one hair product, it would be this. I wash my hair at night, and by the morning my waves are a frizzy, undefined mess. In the morning, I mist my hair with a little water, spray this generously on top of my slightly damp hair, scrunch my waves, leave it to dry for about 30 minutes, and then I comb with a very wide toothed comb. My waves bounce right back, smooth, not frizzy, and my hair feels like it has nothing on. I tried EVERY curl refresh available on the US and EU market and this is hands down the best. I always have at least 3-4 in my cabinet because I am afraid I would run out. Please never stop making it!

My absolute all time favorite curl refresher. Nothing compares. I buy 4-5 bottles at the time. I only wish it were not as expensive, as I go through about two bottles per month. I lightly mist my hair with water every morning, spray algues et fleurs all over it, comb, scrunch, and 30 minutes later, after the hair dries, I have the most luscious waves. Leonor Greyl, please never stop making it!

After eagerly awaiting for this product, it’s is massively disappointing. The packaging is cheap, the label is taped on, it’s not a branded bottle. The product smells like toilet bowl cleaner and made my hair limp and frizzy. After 3 nauseating sprays, I will be returning.

Absolutely love this spray! The scent is amazing and it’s strong enough to last all day but not too strong that it’s overpowering or too much. I love how it keeps my hair looking fresh and silky smooth too! Plus, it really lets my curl pattern shine and gives them silky smooth volume and body without making it feel crunchy! I have been growing out my hair for the first time in years. Having thick and wavy hair I have been trying to find products that made my hair manageable. I will wake up with my hair standing in all directions, frizz and dryness abound. I got this on a whim and OMG what a game changer. I no longer have to apply layers of product. A few spritzes followed up with some styling cream keeps my hair hydrated, brings out a nice little bouncy curl and allows me to have a naturally sleek look. I have naturally curly hair and, although I cannot say this boost my curls in any way, I absolutely adore the way this product smells. I am very picky about what scents go on me and this is one I absolutely adore. This scent is incredible and lingers throughout the day.

I adore this product! I have shoulder length, wavy, very fine hair. Most products that enhance curl either weigh my hair down or are crunchy. This is neither. This is “French girl “ aesthetic perfection. Spritzed on damp hair and allow to air dry and I have soft, luscious waves and curls. It smells great, too.

My hair is fine, long and wavy. I apply Algues et Fleurs before combing with a wide-tooth comb to detangle and “organize” my hair. It is very effective in reducing fly-aways while keeping hair soft and shiny, not heavy or sticky. The fragrance is wonderful.
