Kate Upton always looks impeccable, but she looked better than ever during her appearance on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”
Perhaps, it had a little something to do with her hair being styled by Leonor Greyl Creative Consultant Marki Shkreli.
We chatted with Marki about how she got Kate’s hair to look so effortless and yet still so awesome:
I started by drying the hair to about 80% and then used Lait Luminescence for detangling and great shine. After that, I continued with Mousse Au Lotus Volumatrice to give luxurious volume to the hair.
Next I prepped the hair with Structure Spray Naturelle, since this product gives the hair structure and unbelievable hold.
The next step was drying the hair for about a minute to remove the moisture. Then I used a medium sized round brush to dry the hair section by section.
After this I took out the clips and brushed the hair with a Mason Pearson brush. I curled the hair with a 1 inch curling iron. I then gave the hair another good brush, backcombed the crown with a rat tail comb and used my fingers to make the hair more natural looking. I finished the style off with Laque Souple to keep the hair in place.
